Christopher James is a nice, masculine name. I give it 8 out of 10.
Blake Michael is okay. Love Blake but not a huge fan of Michael. 5 out of 10.
Gavin Alexander: My favorite by far. I adore both of these names! 10 out of 10!
Matthew Joseph.. Eh.. A little on the biblical side for me. Matthew is pretty nice but I don't really care for the nickname, "Matt". 4 out of 10.
Jake Thomas. Simple but very cute. I do prefer Jacob to Jake though. 7 out of 10.

Christopher Is a beautiful old name, but people will call him chris, I dont like it.
Blake is really creative, adorable name, I am considering for my baby boy name.
Gavin is a cute short name, I really like.
Matthew is a lovely biblical name, a bit too popular to me.
Jake is a bit too simple.

I like Gavin the best, the other names are original. consider matching them with the last name to make sure it doesn't sound awkward. also check to make sure the initials dont make any words. Maybe consider why exactly you want that paticular name, like what is the significance of it. such as a grandparents name/middle name. Sometimes its good to see what kind of kid you think it will be, like Gavin the soccer player orrr jake, that perfect child.What do you think of my top 5 boy baby names?
Christopher James 鈥?I like it because these names are 鈥榦ld鈥?and 鈥榯raditional鈥?and sound pretty. When I heard/read these names, I imagine someone who is honest and kind, a lovable person in general. There are also nice nicknames for example Chris, which I think sounds sexy.
Blake Michael 鈥?I like Blake, it鈥檚 less common than Michael. Michael is a good name but overused if you ask me. It鈥檚 still a good name though and has opportunities. Blake can鈥檛 really be shortened to a nickname, but Michael can become Mike, Mikkel, Mich, etc.
Gavin Alexander 鈥?Gavin is a good name, I have always liked it. It sounds sweet but also strong (because it means something like white hawk). I guess nicknames could be Gav, Vin, Vince. Alexander always reminds me of Alexander the Great; this can be a good or a bad thing, I don鈥檛 know. I do like the name Alexander though, and there鈥檚 plenty of nicknames such as Alex, Xander, Xan, Xany (zany). These two names have a very nice sound.
Matthew Joseph 鈥?Matthew is my absolute favorite boy name in the world! It鈥檚 really pretty and it always makes me think of some really handsome guy who is kind, fun and just perfect in every way (let me dream will ya XD). Joseph is like James and Christopher a bit more traditional. It鈥檚 not a name I like much, but it鈥檚 not a bad name either. I would personally change Joseph into something else (maybe James)
Jake Thomas 鈥?Jake sounds really cool and tough, which is why I like it and Thomas is again traditional and it sounds good. I wouldn鈥檛 shorten Thomas because it鈥檚 just a good name the way it is and the nicknames like Tom sound weird.
I like Matthew James better than Matthew Joseph but鈥?yeah I just love the name Matthew and traditional names like James, the more fancy sounding ones XD
They are cute, but too common for my personal liking.
Gavin is my favorite of the 5 as it's the most uncommon.
Christopher James is really cute and it reminds me of 2 of my best guy friends names.
